Kevin Schneider is the technology expert of Autodesk Manufacturing Solutions and is the Senior Product Line Manager for Emerging Products and Technology at Autodesk who has recently presented the historical original nozzle used in many simple files and demos of AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor over past 34 years. Autodesk Version 2.6 has a sample drawing of nozzle which is one of the iconic sample drawings in AutoCAD release history known as the nozzle. The drawing is made by Don Strimbu in 1983 using a primitive featured AutoCAD which run on the floppy disks and a slow 8086 computer. This nozzle has been renovated and used by Mike Geyer to make a 3D assembly in Autodesk Inventor that was an interesting and popular demo dataset.
