How to use Revit for creating model of a Parametric Tensile Canopy

In this Revit video tutorial, you will learn the process for making the model of a Parametric Tnesile Canopy. As the model will be a parametric family, it is possible to modify everything via parameters. It will be modeled as conceptual mass.

To create the model the following processes are followed :-

Initially, arrange the reference planes and include all the dimensions to attribute the parameters.

After that start modeling the construction poles and lock them in proper position.

In the end, model the fabric portion and save the file.

To speed up the modeling process, the following shortcuts are used :-

UN denotes Project Units
CS denotes Create similar
RP denotes Reference Plane
Al denotes Align
