Trelligence Affinity™, a product from Trelligence, Inc., a software development company, is an extension of BIM that can be utilized for architectural programming, conceptual space planning & design. The software distributes real-time design-to-program analysis with the help of easy-to-use tools and seamless bi-directional integration with existing design software.
Affinity forwards the BIM model into the early planning and design phases and enhance collaboration between Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Owner/Developer) team to help define the program, create initial design concepts plus analyze and document the relationship between the two.
Affinity supports four key phases in the pre design stage that include the following :-

• 2d/3d visualization in schematic design,
