How to generate a Tension Cable in adaptive modeling environment within Revit

This is an outstanding Revit video from Pierre Derenoncourt through which he briefly defines the formation of a tension cable in the adaptive modeling environment inside Autodesk Revit. This tutorial is extracted from the "Creating Custom Families for Industrial Structures" tutorial series submitted by Pluralsight.

Adaptive modeling technique is a useful feature in Revit that can be used to generate intelligent and flexible models in Revit.

Adaptive components belong to an adaptation of the pattern-based curtain panel. As for instance adaptive components may be utilized in repeating systems produced with arranging various components which abide by user-defined constraints. Adaptive components are applied in pattern panel families, adaptive component families, conceptual massing environment, and projects.
