BIM or Building Information Modeling plays an important role for design coordination, clash detection and conflict resolution.

Process

Design/Construction Team must accomplish and manage an adequate and comprehensive Clash Detection practice to identify and resolve all major interferences among building components become the commencing of actual construction.
